Findings from a 2008 study on executive coaching reported that coaching increased executive confidence (72%), maximized executive contribution to the company (78%), and was beneficial to business (86%). Executives felt that the time spent on coaching was a good return on investment (73%).

When asked for a very conservative estimate of the monetary payoff from their coaching, managers described an average return of at least six times what the coaching had cost their companies (Fortune Magazine).

Dr. Bradford Smart, in his book Topgrading, asserts that turning over good people in an organization can cost the organization up to 24 times the individual’s annual salary. Coaching can reduce the turnover rate of your organization while increasing your organization’s productivity.

Your Role

As a client you will:

Enter your coaching sessions for the entire year into your calendar.
Take time before each session to complete and return by email the Action Plan sheet at least one full day in advance of your next coaching session.
Call me at your scheduled time.
Come to your session centered, ready to engage, with a list of questions or topics you would like to discuss.
Be asked to provide candid feedback concerning your coaching experience.

I&S Role

As your coach I will:

Listen closely to you, respond to what I hear, and ask questions.
Hold you accountable to agreed upon action plans and keep you focused. - Confront you with truth.
Provide professional coaching and counsel.
Keep our discussions confidential.
Make a coach request at the end of each session if you do not mention what actions you are ready to take.
